How Language Selection Works
When creating clips, Flowjin needs to know your content’s language for:- Accurate transcription: Converting speech to text
- Proper caption generation: Creating readable captions
- Better clip identification: Understanding context and key moments
- Platform-specific captions: Generating optimized social media text
Setting Your Language
To select your content’s language:- Upload your video or audio file
- Click on the project
- Open AI clipping settings
- Find the “Language” dropdown
- Select your content’s language
- Click “Start Clipping”
Best Practices
Always select the correct language before processing:- Incorrect language selection results in poor transcription quality
- Captions will be inaccurate or nonsensical
- Clip identification may miss important moments
- Re-processing with the correct language costs additional credits
- Choose the primary language spoken
