Find specific moments in your content and create clips centered around particular topics or keywords using Flowjin’s search feature.

How it works

The keyword search feature helps you locate specific concepts, topics, or phrases throughout your entire transcript. This makes it easy to build clips around particular moments or add relevant segments. To find specific topics in your content:
  1. Click “Edit Clip” to open the transcript editor
  2. Click the search button
  3. Enter your keyword or phrase (e.g., “marketing”, “product”, “tip”)
  4. Review all instances where the keyword appears
The search will highlight every time your keyword is mentioned in the transcript.

Building Clips Around Keywords

Once you’ve found your keyword: To center a clip around it: Use the highlighted instances as a guide to select surrounding context that makes sense To add keyword moments: Drag to select the section containing your keyword and click “Add to Clip” This is especially useful when you want to:
  • Compile all mentions of a specific topic
  • Create themed clips from long discussions
  • Add relevant context that includes key concepts

Finalizing Your Topic-Based Clip

After making your selections based on keywords, click “Update Clip” to apply your changes. Your clip will now be focused on the specific topic or concept you searched for. Use keyword search to create targeted clips that highlight exactly what matters to your audience.
